​Meal Kit Instructions

Please note: If items are frozen, please leave in the fridge over night or leave out for about 30 mins before proceeding with instructions.

Commissary Meal Kits:
PA Salt and Pepper Lobster Po Boy Kits: 

Frying Instructions: Remove Seasoned Lobster Bites from vacuum sealed bag. In a frying pan or deep fryer, heat oil (enough oil to cover the bites) to 330 Degrees F. In a separate container, pour out breading mixture and toss seasoned lobster bites into mixture coating thoroughly. Shake off excess of the flour mixture and fry until golden brown (about 6 minutes).  
Assembly: Cut open Brioche buns and spread Sriracha Aioli on each side. Fill with Fried Lobster and top with Pickled Onions and Carrots. Enjoy!

Mexican Pulled Pork Loaded Nacho Kits:

Pulled Pork: 
Remove Pork from Vacuum Sealed Bag. Place Frying pan over a medium heat with just enough oil to coat the bottom of the pot (About 1-2 tbsp) Once oil is hot, (this will take about 5 mins depending on strength of flame) add Pork to the pot. Stir pork for a few minutes until hot. Add BBQ Sauce to Pork and stir to ensure that sauce is evenly distributed throughout the pork. Cook for another 5 minutes on medium heat.

Nachos: 
Warm up cheese sauce in Microwave  for 2-3 mins or on stove top. Lay Nachos on Baking tray or Platter.  Pour Cheese Sauce over Nachos and top with Pulled Pork. 
Oven (optional): Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place Loaded Nachos in oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and top with Salsa, Sour Cream and Aioli.  Enjoy!

Hors d’oevres:

​Baked Brie. Sorrel Pepper Jelly. Walnuts
Remove Plastic/ Foil from wrapped Brie. Place on Sheet pan and in a preheated oven of 375 degrees F. Bake for 20 mins or until Puff pastry is golden brown.

Popcorn Lobster Bites. Scotchy Aioli
Frying Instructions: Remove Seasoned Lobster Bites from vacuum sealed bag. In a frying pan or deep fryer, heat oil (enough oil to cover the bites) to 330 Degrees F. In a separate container, pour out breading mixture and toss seasoned lobster bites into mixture coating thoroughly. Shake off excess of the flour mixture and fry until golden brown (about 6 minutes). Serve with Scotchy Aioli as dipping sauce.

PA Crack Dip (Bacon, Scotchy, Cheese, Scallion)
Remove dip from plastic container, and place in an oven safe dish. Place in 400 degree F preheated oven. Bake for 10-15 mins.(Until golden brown)

Eloté Queso Dip
Remove dip from plastic container, and place in an oven safe dish. Place in 400 degree F preheated oven. Bake for 10-15 mins. (Until golden brown)

Entrees:

PA Herb Butter Roasted Chicken. Rosé Cream Sauce
Remove Chicken from Vacuum Sealed Bag. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place on greased sheet pan or Sheet pan with Rack, and bake until skin become golden Brown. In a small Saucepan, heat up Rosé sauce over medium heat and serve alongside Chicken.


Pork Belly Cubes. Korean BBQ Sauce
Remove Pork Belly Cubes from vacuum sealed bag. In medium sized frying pan over medium heat, add Pork and Sauté for 5- 6 mins (until cubes begin to get a nice golden brown color). Add Korean BBQ Sauce and cook for another 7 mins ensuring pork is completely coated.

Italian Jumbo Meatballs. House-made Marinara
Remove Meatballs from vacuum sealed bag. Place on greased sheet pan or oven safe pan and bake for 15 mins at 375 degrees F. In a separate pot (Small saucepan), heat up Marinara sauce over medium heat. Once meatballs are cooked, pour marinara sauce over them and return to the oven for another 5 mins.

Fillet Mignon. Sorrel Red Wine Sauce. Rosemary Compound Butter
Remove Beef from Vacuum Sealed Bag. (Beef is already cooked to Medium Rare) Sprinkle each side with Salt and Black Pepper to your liking.
Place Frying or Cast Iron pan over a medium heat with just enough oil to coat the bottom of the pot (About 1-2 tbsp) Once oil is hot, sear on each side for 3-4 mins. Remove from pot and allow the beef to rest on cutting board for 8 mins before slicing. Top beef with Compound Butter before serving. In a small sauce pan, warm up Sorrel Red Wine Sauce over a medium heat. Serve alongside beef.

Asian Salmon. Ginger Soy Miso Sauce
Remove Salmon from Vacuum Sealed Bag. Place on greased sheet pan or oven safe pan and place in oven preheated to 350 degrees F. Bake for 15- 20 mins (until salmon is fully reheated) In Small sauce pan, heat up Ginger Soy Miso Sauce over medium heat and serve with Salmon.

Salt and Pepper Shrimp
Frying Instructions: Remove Seasoned Shrimp from vacuum sealed bag. In a frying pan or deep fryer, heat oil (enough oil to cover the bites) to 330 Degrees F. In a separate container, pour out breading mixture and toss seasoned shrimp into mixture coating thoroughly. Shake off excess of the flour mixture and fry until golden brown (about 6 minutes).

Sousvide Pork Tenderloin. Honey Garlic Sauce
Remove Pork from Vacuum Sealed Bag.
Place Frying or Cast Iron pan over a medium heat with just enough oil to coat the bottom of the pot (About 1-2 tbsp) Once oil is hot, sear on each side for 3-4 mins. Remove from pot and allow the beef to rest on cutting board for 8 mins before slicing. In a small sauce pan, warm up Honey Garlic Sauce over a medium heat. Brush or spoon sauce over pork when you are ready to serve.

Pumpkin and Eggplant Lasagna
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cover Lasagna with Foil and place in over for 20 mins. After 20  minutes, remove foil and bake for an additional 10 mins or until cheese is melted and golden brown.

BBQ Pulled Pork Shepherds Pie
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cover Shepherds pie with foil and bake for 15 mins. Uncover and bake for an additional 5 mins. Enjoy!

Sides:

Pumpkin Sweet Potato Mash. Cinnamon Crumble
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cover Mash with foil and bake for 15 mins. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 mins or until crumble is golden brown.

Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cover Mashed Potatoes with foil and bake for 15 mins. Uncover and bake for an additional  7 mins or until top become golden brown.

Mac and Cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cover Mac and Cheese with foil and bake for 15 mins. Uncover and bake for an additional 5 mins or until cheese melts and becomes golden brown.
